Lily was great. she made the whole process bearable, reassured us on the way and made it all happen, she was so confident and knowledgeable that we were able to relax and concentrate on more pressing things.
Lily was the best candidate for our special needs, to upsize; we were hopeless and she guided us confidently through the process and we ended up with a fantastic new residence thanks to her and her workmates. I can't recommend her enough, her knowledge and confidence is inspiring, she has a few tricks up her sleeve, and she is easily contactable. Its strange to say this, I'm looking forward to buying another house now!
