The realities of the market and my expectations of possible price was carefully managed, and the advice leading up to the auction helped ensure I provided my input so that the power of the auction process itself could be maximised. This all resulted in a very good price on the day, and the auctioneer also was adept at getting the most from the crowd (and 'handling' someone who was intent on disrupting proceedings!). One of the key strengths was the marketing reach of Gary Peer in the area and the communication processes they employ to keep track of, chase down and encourage all leads. This is something I noticed when I was a buyer, and was one of the things that helped me decide to go with Limor when I became a vendor.
Limor may not appeal to every vendor. She is very much a straight shooter. Her direct approach to the process of selling on the property market, for us was something we were not familiar with but it became apparent pretty early on that this approach made it clear to us what the market actually thought in terms of value and genuine interest in our property. She does not mess around and her unrelenting method of securing identifying the key interested parties in our property was most impressive and ultimately rewarding, least of all in a time when the apartment market was starting to turn. In addition, post auction she has been positively involved in helping us find the right property to move into to. Although not there yet it is comforting to know that the service extends beyond the initial engagement. Very happy indeed.
