From start to finish Lincoln was absolutely fantastic to work with, this was an out of state purchase so Lincoln went out of his way to accommodate me for the first inspection on a morning during the middle of the week, then helped me with meeting the sellers and having a pest and building inspection the very next day, one of the best things he did was to ask me if I minded the sellers being home the next day (which was great for me as I was able to ask them all sorts of questions). Lincoln was always on the other end of the phone for us no matter what day is was and always got back to us with answers to our questions. From the first inspection, to the offer and the sale right through to the settlement inspection Lincoln has made room in his day for us. Lincoln is an honest, respectful straight talker that just gets the job done! He is up to date with the rapidly changing market in and around Burpengary, where my investment property is, and provided me with realistic evaluations & comparisons when looking at sale price expectations. We had multiple offers and achieved a realistic contract price within 4 weeks on the market! Lincoln has excellent communication skills esp whilst liaising with my tenant, property manager and myself, always keeping me and his admin staff up to date using the WhatsApp for general feedback & photos etc., which was an effective strategy.
