Messaged on the Sunday afternoon expecting a reply on the Monday but he called us back immediately. He was very helpful and we signed the contract shortly after. He organised for clean up and presentation of the home, which was amazing and this helped us so much during a very stressful time. He was also quick to help out with organising for for small problems that needed attention to be fixed as there was no one living on site, this included organising and letting contractors in to install smoke alarms. I engaged Lincoln to sell my property after talking to other agents in the area. Most agents just used the normal figures of what was on realestate.com.au which is where I did not see my house value and when I said that I wanted a better price, they would not see it my way. After a quick chat with Lincoln, I felt more comfortable. Then after a few days of thinking about it, and chatting to him again, I decided to list with him. On the sale, the price was found that I was happy with and away it went.
