Lincoln is the only real estate agents that has turned up to the sale of a property prepared with all the information one needs to make an informed decision. I may have chronic fatigue syndrome and I am not working, but I am educated and I know when I talk to a real estate agent that has not prepared properly with all the right information to present a property. I love doing research and I ask a lot of questions when I arrive to view a property. Courtney ensures there are bottles of water and some chocolates for those viewing the property. After looking at several properties one is thirsty, tired and hungry, so Courtney really thinks about who she serving, which is great. Together they are great team. Being prepared when one presents a property is extremely important.
