Cara and her team have been second to none in both our sale and purchase process (simultaneous settlement). We needed to get on the market fairly quickly in order to purchase our new home. They gave advice on what improvements to make, and assisted in lining up all of the businesses to complete them in record time. I can not speak highly enough of the entire experience of selling my parents house. Karen made the entire process so streamlined and simple.
