We purchased the property over 6 years ago through Simon at Prudential, and at that stage were very impressed with the manner that they conducted themselves. We have had the property tenanted ever since and left the management of the rental property to Prudential Real Estate, who managed it extreemly well always giving us feedback on the condition of the property and ensured the rent was paid on time.
