The agent did a fair job in attempting to negotiate a sale for a good house that had seen much better days. Unfortunately the on-line description of the house as "immaculately presented" was misleading. Three rusted gutters (two of which leaking into the eaves), three light/fan switches not working, three taps in the en-suite dripping constantly, mould in the shower grouting, broken glass in the shower door, a gas cooktop with faulty ignition, and non functioning TV aerial and telephone points clearly let the house down. However Linda's PA, Claire Hughes, did a tremendous job in negotiating solutions and resolving issues. Our Settlement Agent remarked very positively on Claire's work, saying that she went above and beyond the call of duty, and that not many real estate firms would put this much time and effort in towards making things work out for the best. As such, Claire's efforts "saved the day".

We went to one of Linda's home opens and that particular house was just not us, Linda asked us what we were looking for , and when we told her, she said "I think I have the perfect house for you" She gave us the address to drive by , as soon as we saw the home we knew that this could possibly be the one. She organised an inspection, and the rest is history, we now own the home. Linda listens to the client's wants and needs, and has the ability to find the perfect home for them. Credibility- this is a hard one for a buyer to rate as Linda is being paid by the seller,there is the question in my mind about me having to increase my offer because of higher offers on the table then being told after not increasing my offer that mine was successful.

I did a lot of research to find the right agent, and thru Google, friends referrals and media research - only one name consistently came up. You guessed it - Linda Noble.
