I was actually the buyer of a property Linda was sale agent for and I can say that Linda and her associate Claire went above and beyond ensuring that the sale went through on time even with a few stressful hurdles in the last literally hours before settlement. I'm sure both the seller and purchaser (myself) gave her a few headaches but the team gave nothing away. I would recommend them to anyone.

Linda is the best agent in Hillarys and has a great knowledge of market conditions and past sales, buyers and sellers. She will guide the seller to a decision regarding price and what is required in order to make a sale. At all times the seller will make their own decision with Linda's support. She is very motivated and loves her work. I enjoy her professional approach and would recommend her to anybody buying or selling in the north coastal market
