First home buyers should do their own research and not rely on agents as agents work for whoever is paying them. Agent pushed me to settle without final inspection and once settlement done didn't bother to fix leaking taps, broken door knobs and broken heater. House was not even cleaned properly with huge gunk in kitchen and cobwebs in bedrooms and over blinds.
