First home buyers should do their own research and not rely on agents as agents work for whoever is paying them. Agent pushed me to settle without final inspection and once settlement done didn't bother to fix leaking taps, broken door knobs and broken heater. House was not even cleaned properly with huge gunk in kitchen and cobwebs in bedrooms and over blinds.
Linda is one of the better agents we have met. Her honest approach made the purchase of the property smooth and enjoyable. She is very responsive and a great communicator.
