We were very happy with Linda's Professional approach and her dedicated assistance in purchasing this property. We had a few bumps at one stage, and she excelled in helping us out. I was surprised that a vendor can accept a offer on a contract and then retract it and put in what he wants. I found this very frustrating and unprofessional, as our contract looked like a dogs breakfast with all the alterations. No reflection on Linda, more the Vendor.
