Linda. Smith went beyond expectations and made the selling of mother’s house next to mine a much less stressful experience than it could have been. She was very hands on and organised all she could to bring the property up to standard. There were. A few complications on our end with POA but with patience ,prodding and persistence settlement went through with success. I have no reservations about recommending Linda Smith as an excellent agent .

Linda visited us immediately. Writing up a proposal for when we were ready to sell . She understood that we could not sell until we had somewhere else to buy. Never pushy just friendly calls and reassurance that our home was increasing in value as was property we were looking at. The moment we were ready to sell everything moved quickly with advice on decluttering and presentation. Fees very reasonable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Linda Smith.
