It's unusual for a buyer to praise the seller's agent but this was my experience when buying a house listed by Lindsay King. He communicates very well and with full transparency. At no point did I feel that he was messing me around or being dishonest about the seller's situation or the condition of the house. Yes I know he's working in the best interest of the seller but he also does a lot for the buyers too. Little things that makes the difference such as sending me photos of a sprinkler that was fixed just in time for settlement. I did tried to test his integrity as an agent a few times and I'm glad to say that he does not operate in the 'grey' zone. Lindsay would be my agent if I ever need to sell my house.
