What a fantastic agent Lindsay King is!! I had been looking for a house for quite some time and had put it on the back burner for a while as there is only so much looking one can do! I had previously seen a property that Lindsay was selling but unfortunately it was not in my price range but the dealing that I did have with Lindsay then was excellent and left an impression. Fast forward to a few more properties and quite a few different agents and my patience was running thin very thin with other agents and them being caught out lying straight to my face my opinion then of all agents was poor and i was giving up on the search!! A few months later and multiple emails from realestate.com.au showing me what was available I decided to test the water again, I had a look at a property in Joondalup that was way over priced for what it was and was faced with another agent talking rubbish only interested in what would be going into his pocket, I left deflated. We were driving home and I was looking at the app for what else was out there and I saw another property in Joondalup and the agent was Lindsay King I asked my partner to turn around as it was opening within the next 15mins. We had a look and decided to put an offer in, Lindsay was nothing but honest, upfront and transparent the whole way along which was exactly what I needed as a buyer making the biggest purchase of my life. If and when I decide to sell I will 100% be going with Lindsay as I believe he will attract more buyers with his honest approach.
