I had never met Lindsay Southwell prior to the day that I walked into his office and said that I wanted to sell my house. From that moment onwards I have never felt so relaxed about a property sale or felt so confident in who was handling that sale, in all my life. The whole process was explained to me thoroughly along with advertising options etc, so I signed up. It was only a matter of days after being listed that an agreement on sale price was reached and contracts signed.
