I was moving into the area and had been having trouble getting someone to show us houses but when I contacted Lindy about a property I was interested in she was willing to take me out to a number of properties she had on her books. We ended up buying the property that she thought would suit us. Would recommend them to anyone. They have been so helpful.

Lindy and her staff were very sensitive to the feelings of myself and my siblings whilst they were selling our late mother's property. Lindy and Bonny are both extremely competent and have an excellent understanding of the current market. Within 3 days of meeting with Lindy and Bonny at the property they had found a buyer for the property, negotiating very quickly and successfully to get our asking price. They have a genuine interest and care about us as clients. About 6 years ago I purchased a property that Lindy was the agent for and Bonny her offsider. Previous dealings with Lindy and Bonny made it a very easy decision about which agency I was going to ask to sell my mother's property. They are very approachable and able to answer any questions without making you feel "stupid". I have now purchased a property and sold a property with Lindy being the agent. From both perspectives I highly recommend Lindy. I trust ALL information and advise she gives me in relation to realestate and will make use of Lindy as an agent to buy and/or sell any properties in the future. On another note I have recently asked Lindy's agency to manage an investment rental propery for me in Singleton.
