My wife and i recently decided to purchase a property in Singleton and not knowing the area we decided to call into a few local agents. The first port of call was One Agency a young lady asked us what we where looking for and at the time we didn't really know. We had seen several properties displayed in the window and she kindly spent time with us going through the differing area's and pro's and con's of the properties. The sales team where busy with clients and it was Saturday afternoon so we left our phone numbers and said we would call back in two weeks. Early the following week the agency owner (Lindy Harris) called to follow up on our inquiry and we new after that phone call that we would be using One Agency to purchase our new property. We organised to meet with Lindy 2 weeks later and we went through the properties we liked and narrowed them down to 4. The following week Lindy arrange for us to view the properties but due to a prior engagement was not able to take us through so instead we where accompanied by her assistant Bonny, who I must say was delightful. Lindy negotiated with the owners on our behalf and we settled on a price the following week. all the issues that arose through the negotiation were quickly dealt with and everything went smoothly.
