We were very happy with the effort that Linton put into selling our house Linton helped us with some advice on what to do to get the property ready for market and had some great ideas on strategies to get the selling price we wanted.

From the moment I touched base with Linton everything was very easy and I really appreciated his friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner . We are based in Sydney so most of the communication was via the telephone.It was just the right amount of communication and we were not bombarded with emails and phone calls. We really wanted a local agent that knew the area well as we only spend time in Perth during the holiday periods and Linton was perfect.
