Linton took on the sale of our house in a down market, with an optimistic view of what can be achieved through targeted marketing. I particularly appreciated his extensive network of connections, as he had already lined up interested parties before the house was ready to go on the market. In addition, he gave us valuable advice as to what was needed to show off the house's strong selling points without going into overly an onerous makeover. Once an offer came in, he negotiated up front with the buyers to get them to make a reasonable, which would not waste their or our time. This, in fact, led to an immediate acceptance of the offer, as it was within the expected range; no need to go back and forth with counter offers that waste everyone's time and nerves. I could not recommend Linton higher; best agent I have had the pleasure of working with.
