Lisa was approachable and easy to contact throughout the whole process, she was happy to answer any of my random questions I had and was open and honest with information and insight provided. The process has been pretty straight forward and as the vendor I have felt I had nothing to do, which was reasuring and a comfort, eliminating any additional stress. I just hand my keys and let Lisa and her team do the rest.
