Throughout the entire for sale process, Lisa provided me with updates after every buyers' booked inspections and open house on 2 Saturdays. Lisa continued to provide me updates after the duplex had a confirmed buyer. Lisa has excellent negotiating skills. She was able to negotiate with potential buyers to get me a very good price. Lisa's daughter, Jayda, is also a very lovely and diligent young lady to work with. My duplex was sold very quickly. I would highly recommend Raine & Horne Belmont
