I am happy to comment on my experience with Lisa, in the sale of my home at Park Street, Belmont North. I was very nervous at this time as I wanted a quick sale of my home due to purchasing a new apartment. Lisa was so helpful in making me feel comfortable with all that needed to be done to make my home appealing to prospective buyers. I was astounded when my home sold in 3 days....with everything being explained to me about the cooling off period etc. The sale was settled on the same day that I settled my purchase of my apartment.
