Excellent negotiation skills with potential buyers

I am glad that I trusted Lisa to sell my property during this difficult time of the housing market. Lisa worked very hard to advertise my property. She and Jada conducted the open house and private inspections tirelessly. Lisa never pressured me to sell my property at a price that I was not prepared to accept. I was free to make my own decision. Lisa has excellent negotiating skills. She was able to negotiate with the potential buyers and arrived at a price that I was willing to sell. Though the price was below my expectation, Lisa has tried her best. I needed to sell and buy another property. I am grateful that my property is sold now and I have funds to buy another property. Lisa's amiable personality, dedication to her job and excellent negotiating skills make her an outstanding real estate agent. I would highly recommend Lisa.
