Buying or selling one’s ‘forever home’ can be a stressful activity and a good agent will recognise and accommodate that, focusing more on the customers’ needs than on making a sale. From my first contact with Raine & Horne Belmont, Lisa displayed that approach so that felt comfortable dealing with her and that continued throughout the sale process. She understood my special situation and worked within that to more than meet my needs and expectations, at the same time building trust and confidence that she had my interests in her focus. The communication flow from Lisa was outstanding: never overwhelming, always prompt and timely, appropriate and informative. I never needed to chase her for an update. In the end we concluded a sale that was relatively quick, comfortable and stressless, and achievd a reasonable price. Would I recommend and use R & H Belmont again – decidedly yes. Gordon
