Down to earth professional with great communication skills and efficient service.

We reached out to Lisa as we could see that she had other houses for sale in the Maryland area, and we thought she would be able to provide great insight on our house sale. Lisa came to meet the family with a lot of information on the area, recent house sales, and calmly explained her process to us. She did a thorough walk through the property, offering some ideas to improve the saleability of our property, listened to our point of view on some things (like painting the house before sale). Lisa offered some great options that would help improve our understanding of any potential issues (luckily, we had none). Lisa didn't put any pressure on us to sign her as our agent; she was very good at understanding that this house sale was being done as a family, and we were looking for someone that would help us work together. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and explained different parts of the process in simple terms, so we were all on the same page. In the end Lisa achieved a great sales price result for us, a seamless cooling off period and we hope the new owners enjoy their next adventure.

Friendly, professional and very helpful

Lisa was a pleasure to work with, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease for her to work with my daughter on the sale of my home. The sale was quick and very smooth from the start of the selling process to the settlement. I wouldn’t hesitate to sell with her again!
