She did a thorough walk through the property, offering some ideas to improve the saleability of our property, listened to our point of view on some things (like painting the house before sale). Lisa offered some great options that would help improve our understanding of any potential issues (luckily, we had none). Lisa didn't put any pressure on us to sign her as our agent; she was very good at understanding that this house sale was being done as a family, and we were looking for someone that would help us work together.
