Our house was placed on the market as interest rates climbed. Preparation advice was excellent and inspection updates were made each inspection with appropriate advice. The house had overlays and movement which affected the price range though unfortunately appropriate! A buyer eventually came and all is settled after a prolonged period throughout which Lisa was informative and helpful.

I had some very bad experiences with a couple of estate agents and vendors with dodgy work and dodgy practice from both parties and I was ready to walk away from buying a property for a while to reassess what to do. Finally I crossed path with Lisa she was very consistent, honest and open right from the start, she worked hard behind the scene to make sure everyone was on track with paperwork needed etc to make sure the sale went through smoothly.
