Our house was placed on the market as interest rates climbed. Preparation advice was excellent and inspection updates were made each inspection with appropriate advice. The house had overlays and movement which affected the price range though unfortunately appropriate! A buyer eventually came and all is settled after a prolonged period throughout which Lisa was informative and helpful.

I had some very bad experiences with a couple of estate agents and vendors with dodgy work and dodgy practice from both parties and I was ready to walk away from buying a property for a while to reassess what to do. Finally I crossed path with Lisa she was very consistent, honest and open right from the start, she worked hard behind the scene to make sure everyone was on track with paperwork needed etc to make sure the sale went through smoothly. Everyone was very happy to deal with her whether it was the building inspector or the Conveyancer contrary to the previous agents. Lisa restored our faith in the process and people in Ballarat. we have now settled our property and happy with it. Thank you is not enough to describe how we feel.

Lisa made the whole process very simple. She liaisoned with the tenants to bring them on board for the inspections and to ensure the property was well presented. She arranged for a gardener to freshen up the property and ensured the photos presented the property to its best advantage. Lisa always communicated extremely well with me, even allowing me to call late in the evenings when I finished my shift at work. She worked hard to get an excellent sale price in a tough market and I would be happy to use her again in the future.
Couldn't be happier with the professional service provided by Lisa . Being a deceased estate there was a lot of emotion involved , but Lisa kept it all on track for us when we couldn't.
