Not coming from Ballarat or surrounds, I had no knowledge or recommendations of local Real Estate agents. Reviews online of Ballarat Property Group and Lisa determined my choice. After signing up with Lisa, both her and Troy accommodated my request to get a For Sale up within a few days, so it would up in time for a clearance sale at the property. They also took photos within days very quickly, so brochures could be available for the clearance sale. Lisa was very clear and informative either her advice and feedback.
