Although Lisa was acting for the vendor, I appreciated her interactions with me as the purchaser, she was open and professional. She assisted in negotiating the settlement date I wanted, initiated a pre-settlement inspection and contacted me post settlment. Yes I would use Lisa if I was a vendor.

I was so pleased to be able to work with Lisa when we decided to sell our house. She was so easy to deal with and was so mindful of our situation throughout the process. With young kids it’s often hard to have the house ready for inspections and always have it sale ready but she totally understood and we worked out a plan. Photos were taken on the Wednesday. We had one open inspection on the Saturday and then by Sunday night Lisa had negotiated us a sale on the property and it was all locked in. Best of all we got the full asking price on the property.
