We had a great experience working with Lisa Loke from The Agency throughout our land transaction. Lisa was professional, helpful, and attentive from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated her communication, guidance, and support in ensuring everything went well. Thank you, Lisa, for your excellent service and for helping make this transaction a positive experience. We would happily recommend Lisa Loke and The Agency to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent!

Outstanding project sales expertise Lisa's experience in project sales was fundamental to the successful selling of this development. Her feedback and influence on the quality of the product made a real difference, and her ability to understand exactly what buyers were looking for helped match the right homes to the right people. What stood out most was that Lisa treated each lot as its own individual sale, carefully considering the features and benefits of every home to identify the best buyer for it, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. That level of care and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout the process. Highly recommend Lisa for any project sales campaign.

Lisa has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. As interstate buyers she was always happy to accommodate via video call so we could ensure a visual inspection was undertaken. Her helpful nature and professional advice have made all the difference. I would definitely recommend using Lisa for your next property needs.

Lisa was very response to my requests, and had good knowledge of the area & apartments. I would recommend contacting Lisa for any realestate related information in the Rockingham & Safety Bay area.

I can’t say enough about how much Lisa worked to help my kids and me into a new place. I can tell that she genuinely wanted me to succeed and worked closely with my mortgage broker to make it happen. Even after the sale she has been in contact making sure that I am settling in and if there’s anything I need. I recommend Lisa without reservations to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Lisa handled the sales of two units in Perth for us. From the start she was very professional, but also conveyed a sense of personal interest in ensuring that we got the best deals we could. Throughout, Lisa kept us well informed of everything, offering impartial advice when necessary. She clearly has good knowledge of the market, giving us confidence in her advice. Would highly recommend working with Lisa.

Once again, Lisa delivered a result that exceeded our expectations, both in price and overall execution. Her ability to enhance the property post-sale through strategic furnishing added significant value for the investor buyer, with a level of presentation that far outweighed the cost. The property was handed over in exceptional condition at settlement. As an experienced developer, we value agents who understand both sides of the transaction. Lisa operates at that level. We would work with her again without hesitation.

She demonstrated market knowledge and gave us advice as well. Lisa is a people person who goes out beyond her limits to help others make the right choices and decisions.

We knew Lisa thru a friend who sold her property with a very good price thru Lisa. Lisa is very professional and knew what to do. She arranged the staging which make the apartment look like a show house and we were amaze that the first person who viewed the apartment actually asked Lisa to take it out of the market because she love it so much and we even get a higher sales price. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who would like to sell their property.

Happy to have Lisa as our agent. Did a great job to get the best deal in the shortest time after putting our property in the market in less than 1 month. Lisa is knowledgeable and knows the market well. Work extra hours even at night and weekends.
