Throughout the whole selling process Lisa maintained a very high standard professionalism. This was supported by her attention to detail to the market situations and the current housing climate. At all stages we were made aware of the numbers of clients inspecting the unit with follow ups acted on where second and third viewings were requested . We received regular updates on the marketing situations with respect to our situation. We had our figure that we required and at no stage were we pressured to drop or change our final figure which Lisa achieved. I'm sure at some stages it must have been difficult with interest rates changing upwards each month. However Lisa achieved the figure we required and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to sell your property...
