After an extensive search on Google for an agent to sell our apartment in Brunswick West, it was obvious that Lisa Roberts from Belle Property in Carlton was clearly the best choice of agent. From the moment of contacting Lisa to see if she was willing to take on this sale, followed very soon after by an onsite meeting at the apartment, I knew for certain that we had made the right choice. We trusted all her advice, which we followed. Lisa gave us a price range that we were very happy with. Although the property was on the market for a bit longer than expected (due to circumstances totally beyond Lisa's control), when it was sold the price was still within Lisa's original price range.
