I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Roberts, and she was an exceptional professional throughout the process of selling my property. It was clear that she takes great pride in her role within the real estate industry, and her dedication and expertise were evident at every stage of the transaction. However, I encountered some challenges with her sales assistant, Bridie Celin. While I understand that training and development are part of any role, I found that on multiple occasions, I reached out to Bridie for information but did not receive any follow-up calls. During the Christmas period, when Lisa was on holiday, there were also issues with communication regarding open house times. This lack of organization unfortunately impacted my overall experience, somewhat overshadowing the positive aspects of working with Belle Property.

This was a very sudden inspection and the decision to buy was quite rushed as we had to put in a bid that day. However we do not regret the decision to buy. Still getting used to the idea but looking forward to moving in next year.
