Lisa's friendly manner belies a determined effort to get the best price for the seller. Lisa offered to conduct three open houses a week in the tight three-week period leading up to the auction, and kept us informed throughout so we could plan better. PRD's back office team (Vanessa Bava in particular) supports Lisa extremely well; you need both the front and back offices working seamlessly to work the right strategy.
