What can I say without going overboard. We have checked out all the Agents in Sunbury, attended numerous open houses and auctions and came to the decision to use YPA and Lisa. After our decision we were also informed by other people known to us who had used YPA and Lisa, of the professional way in which the sales were conducted. YPA and Lisa have become in a way part of our family. I cannot recommend YPA and Lisa highly enough to anyone wishing to sell their property. Well what can I say, Lisa is one of a kind with all the right things to be a prefect agent. I approached Lisa for a valuation/quote for a sale of my home. Lisa is such a professional, arrived on time and fully prepared for the interview with me. Saying that I am from a professional background so I do not like to be given any miss information I want a positive up front answer to my questions. Lisa did more than that she showed me all the sales/valuations in my area of Canterbury Hills, gave me a quote of what my home should sell for. She suggested a Auction for the Sale and advised that if the Auction did not get a sale that she would be sure to sell the house within 2 weeks. Yes the house did not sell at Auction but Lisa, being the professional as she is, did all the follow ups with the people who had come for inspection of my lovely home, and yes she found the buyer. And thats a big thank you to Lisa.
