Great Experience

My experience with Lisa at YPA in Sunbury was pleasant and easy. Lisa listened to what I was looking for in a property for me and family situation and communicated with me when an appropriate property became available. Lisa knew that this property was exactly what I was looking for and encouraged me to go as high as I possibly could to ensure that I had the best chance of purchasing this home. It was a stretch but it worked out for the best as it turned out that my offer was accepted marginally from other offers submitted. I appreciated that my time was not wasted, that when the right property became available she reminded me what was important and encouraged me to make my best offer. I am very happy and excited for my family. It was an easy and pleasant experience and I know that my family will have many happy years in this home.
