Wonderful Selling experience. Jason and Lisa made the whole selling journey very much easy for us and were an awesome team to work with throughout the process. Jason brings with him a very calm approach to a very sharp mind. His knowledge of the hills area is excellent and so is his analysis. He was keen on our property going to auction from day 1 (other agents were not so keen, being a strata titled property) and he was proved right when there were 44 registered bidders vying for the property. Lisa brought her touch to the marketing design, photography, presentation and liaising and negotiating with potential buyers on the auction floor. They worked incredibly hard during the campaign scheduling numerous open homes, patiently answering questions in an unrushed manner at the end of the open homes even after the time was up, working the phones with potential buyers and answering any questions they may have. We had nearly 140 groups on the first weekend and strong presence during the open-homes, which set the tone for a strong result. They were very communicative, responsive and always open to answering questions. Their style of communication is simple and straightforward and we loved the genuineness of this team rather than typical blustery real-estate responses we get otherwise. We always had a strong feeling they would deliver, they under promised and over delivered and the end result was a suburb record for a villa in baulkham hills. We would absolutely love to work with them again.
