Lisa was good to deal with face to face and came across as a nice enough person. We were happy until our lender told us about Lisa’s phone call. We were very up front with Lisa with our situation and our position. However Lisa had a heated confrontation with our lender when our lender wouldn’t reveal personal information on our financial situation. This came across unprofessional and unnecessary given our upfront and honest dealing with Lisa as a buyer.

From the get go Lisa was a complete professional. She had clear and well founded ideas about how best to present my property for sale. The marketing photos were magnificent. Her local knowledge and presence in the community meant she had viewers lined up to see the house from the minute it was on the market. Initial consultation, we went through each room and made a list of what had to stay and go and anything that she could see required attention ie paint, walls cleaned etc. I then set to work and Lisa checked in on my progress, helped with furniture placement and colours and then gave final styling tips just before it went on the market. The property sold in 2 days and I was very happy with the price.
