Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. Lisa and the McCormack Real Estate Team stood out. Their web presence was strong and Lisa had a wonderful reputation. We spoke with Lisa and she spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comparable properties in the area. We in turn listed three properties with Lisa over a 6 month period. The properties all sold within days of being listed.
