Lisette introduced herself to us while we were building our new home. She and her team are genuinely interested in the suburbs they operate in and those who call them home. I guess this is because so many people who grow up in the area, eventually come back to raise their own families, or simply to retire in the area it offers pretty much everything. When the time came for us to put our place on the market we called Lisette and we sat down to go through various campaign options, and consider which we felt best for our property. Lisette has a strong marketing and related statistical background and this helped us make the decision to go down the auction path. We had daily updates from one of the team by phone, a detailed call at the completion of each open home and weekly statistical analysis of how our advertising program was going and how the buyer group was looking. We felt confident we would achieve a good outcome and we did. We’d have no hesitation in recommending Lisette and her team to any potential seller, or buyer. She is an extremely open and honest person and obviously holds her personal brand and integrity in high order. We certainly do.
