Litsa is lovely to deal with. She was always easy to contact and answered all of our (many) questions quickly and in a way that made sense for first home buyers. She was very flexible and accommodating and we couldn't recommend her more.

Litsa was proactive in finding buyers for the property and sifted through buyers who were either just looking or had unrealistic price expectations.

I have known Litsa for some years and worked with her at LJ Hookers. I knew selling our property would be a difficult task as the tenants had expressed their requirement that the property only be sold when they had vacated. This was not an option and they were difficult to deal with during the process. The timing of the sale was over the Christmas period and the tenants would not let there be an open home inspection during that time and when they were leaving the premises. Litsa was very professional in her dealings with the tenants and ourselves and even though there was only one serious buyer in the end. The process throughout was very tedious and Litsa was very patient with the buyer, the tenants and ourselves. On top of that the buyer was on holiday during the final stages of the settlement and again Litsa was good at communicating with the buyer regarding the details.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Litsa as an agent when selling your home. She was very professional, warm, friendly and approachable in her dealings with us. She has a great knowledge of the real estate market and was always most accommodating of our needs. She showed empathy, compassion and provided a flexible approach to selling our town houses in a tough market.

We were selling conditionally on buying one particular house otherwise werent selling. Litsa told lies about sellsr agreed repairs to the house we were interested in buying in order to get us to accept the offer on the house we were selling. We were then forced into selling our house even though we werent happy with the building smd pest inspection on the purchase. This was because Litsa acted deceptively to close both sales. She also has her husband attend house inspections giving people incorrect information about repairs when he has no idea. Tried to tell us it would be a few hundred to repair some steps and railings, quote came back at nearly $9000. Did not return phone calls or messages about errors with dates on contract however rang mamy times to ask frivolous questions for the buyer. Acted more for buyer than me as the seller. Not recommended.

Litsa was not professional. She told lies to us and our lawyer. We sold our property and bought one with her services and I wish we hadn't. She told us the people we were buying off had agreed to our requests but after we had signed the contract for sale of our house found out through lawyers that the sellers has never agreed to these things. This lie was $5000. We have the emails proving her lies. Litsa acted more for the person buying our property than working for us paying her commission. Her uselessness and incompetence was highlighted when she wrote the wrong dates for settlement which lead us to moving our furniture and leaving it unlocked on a patio. I have no positive comments for Litsa or Lj Hooker. A seemingly easy dream home purchase turned into a stressful 2month drama.

My purchase was in unusual circumstances however it was achieved by Litsa in a highly professional and friendly way.She answered all my questions and explained the manner of purchase in Qld as distinct from SA.

I highly recommend Lisa if you are looking to sell property. She has excellent knowledge of the property market and her communication skills are exceptional. I lived in a different area to where the property was being sold. I found I could confidently rely on Lisa to keep me up to date with all progress and she was willing to put in the extra yards to ensure a successful sale.
