Litsa seemed to have an uncanny feel for the types of clients out in the market place. Most other agents said I needed to spend money on the property before I could get a decent price. Litsa said otherwise. She knew that there were buyers that would be attracted to our property. She was spot-on. The first clients fell through and we became concerned. Four days had barely passed with Litsa calling with another offer. The best thing was that it was a better offer than the first. We received what we were happy with and I am sure the buyers received what they wanted. And all this was done by remote control as we live in Melbourne and sold the property in Brisbane.
