I first encountered Liz when I was looking to purchase a house. She knew what she was doing and impressed me early on. When it came time to sell she was one of the first agents I called. Overall I am very happy with Liz and her team. Always professional, and did her best to achieve a sale price that would allow us to meet our own goals. One thing that has impressed me most is that even after the "deal was done" Liz didn't disappear like a lot of agents do. She has been more than willing to assist every step of the way and Liz always made herself available to us taking calls at all hours and worked tirelessly throughout the campaign (I often wondered throughout the listing if Liz slept!?). If you're considering an agent in Chapel Hill I would be more than comfortable recommending Liz.
