Liz was great! I met her at a house inspection for a property and straight away I knew it wasn't what I was looking for. She took the time to meet me and asked me to look out for two other properties that she would be listing in another 2 weeks which were more what I was after. When I later went to this property she was forthcoming with information and extremely helpful. She definitely pushed us for as much as we could afford, given a multiple offer situation, to get the seller's best price whilst not scaring us away! She knew we loved the house and wanted to make it our home. Even after the contract Liz kept in touch whilst we were trying to get our bldg and pest and finance through. We had a few issues but in the end- got us there! Oh! She was also one of the few agents that called me back pretty quickly after I put an enquiry into the house online - which many don't! Even as a buyer, I would ask her to sell my house!
