We met Liz during the purchase of our new property. She was fantastic to deal with and gave lots of helpful advice and recommendations in regards to property inspectors and solicitors. It was a pleasure dealing with her and would highly recommend her.

Would highly recommend Liz representing you for the sale of your property.

We recently purchased a home in Chapel hill area and had a great experience working with Liz.  She is very knowledgable of the area and helped us find a great house in a wonderful neighborhood.  In addition to helping us in our home search, she was also a wealth of knowledge about the community and was able to answer many questions that we had, as we were new to the area.  Once we settled on a home and made an offer, our negotiation process and closing all went very smoothly thanks to Liz.  Our experience working with Liz was great and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

We felt so lucky to have Liz to help us find our new home. Liz is an enthusiastic and very helpful agent with solid knowledge and experience. We are quite impressed with her kindness and strong sense of responsibility. Before finding our new home, we have been spending 5 months to look for a property to suit our situation. Of course, we have met many agents during this period. Liz is the only one who take notes to record our detailed situation and really think on behalf of us. I think this is the key factor that finally she found this house which matched all of our requirements. Liz also paid attention to all details to assist the purchase process goes smoothly. We are really happy with this purchase and we would like to say many thanks for Liz’s efforts.

We were very happy with pre-sales feedback on how to prepare our house, it contributed to a very quick sale for a price we were happy with.
