Liz is terrific. Liz estimated the value of the property beyond our expectations and then obtained an even better price. We are amazed at how she negotiated with the buyer. This is the second sale she has helped us with and we can not fault her professional interactions with us and the buyers. She and Cran provided terrific advice on preparing the properties for sale and helped us negotiate some tricky paperwork.
