We retained Lloyd to sell our home and we were very impressed with the results. We had a 5 week auction campaign and in the first week after the first open house inspection, we were presented with 1 verbal offer and 2 written offers. We were keen to obtain our asking price so we stayed on the market and Lloyd continued to follow up the potential buyers as well as conduct more open house inspections.
