My wife and I met Lloyd at an open house inspection after the inspection my wife and I both looked at each other and said he is the man to sell our home. The way he presents himself and also the property is second to none and you almost wish you can give the owners feedback on the agent they have hired. We invited Lloyd over to our home we sat down for a meeting, it was so calming and comfortable, he takes a real interest in getting to know the people who’s home he is selling and how to get the best out of them and also the house. His preparation and knowledge in real estate is outstanding there was nothing we asked that he didn’t have an answer for. He is so committed to the cause he’s on the ride with you. I believe these are his words “I am here to make it as smooth and easy as possible”, he sure dose live up to those words. We got started to prepare our house for the market, he gave us some real honest and helpful tips. The organisation for photos, floor plan ect was amazing and fast, he dose not muck around. The communication from Lloyd from start to finish is superb from setting up inspections, building and pest to just seeing how we are travelling and is there any more he can do. It’s a very hard quality to find and you can’t teach that. Our house hit the market, within 12 days our house had sold which was amazing we were over the moon looking forward to moving into the next chapter of our lives. But unfortunately Covid happened. The people who bought our home had lost there jobs, it was nothing anyone could of seen coming. Through out the lock down Lloyd was working behind the scenes awaiting for real estate to reopen. Once it reopened we had a number of inspection lined up over 3 days, come the 4th day our house had sold. To see the work he had put in over the lockdown is a real credit to himself and makes us as clients feel at ease as we know we have the right man on the job. We would recommend him to anyone who is thinking about selling their home.
We met Lloyd at an inspection, and straight away we loved his vibe. He was very enthusiastic about the property and wasn’t pushy. After experiencing that inspection we decided to get Lloyd on board to sell our home. It was hands down the best decision we made. Obviously 2020 has been a difficult year for many and through stage 3 and 4 lockdowns he manage to sell our home three times. Unfortunately with lockdown the first two buyers were unable to get their finance due to job loss and other circumstances. Lloyd rolled with the punches and kept us in the loop the whole time. He put in big hours to let potential buyers know the situation and got them through our home in record time, resulting in multiple offers which lead to a successful sale at our goal price. He is a genuine, honest and hard working person. And as we had the pleasure of experiencing him from a buyers perspective as well as a vendor, we highly recommend him! From our first consultation he set himself a mission not only to sell our beautiful home but to make the journey as easy and stress free as he could. Upon receiving an opportunity to relocate for work my wife and I decided to put our house on the market. We engaged with Lloyd from Active Real Estate and he was fantastic from start to finish. The day our house went on to the market the COVID restrictions were again upgraded and therefore we could not hold an open for inspection. This was a stressful time for us as we had committed to new jobs and the relocation but Lloyd was very calm and reassuring. Lloyd was able to hold private inspections and had always kept us in the loop in regards to what was happening. Stage four restrictions were then introduced and we we had resigned to the thought that we wouldn't be selling our house but Lloyd was fantastic and was able to get a deal done right before the restrictions came in to effect.
