Lloyd recently sold us a property in Hastings that we purchased as an investment property. We had a great experience as Lloyd was approachable and honest through the whole process. He listed the property on a Monday and we inspected on the Tuesday and despite a number of interested parties, Lloyd was able to wrap up the process very quickly and we signed contracts on the Thursday night (4 day turn around).
